PERSONAL MEAL PREP · AUCKLAND-WIDE
I plan, shop, cook in your kitchen and clean up—leaving you with 45+ ready-to-heat meals and your next two weeks of evenings wide open.
What could you do with
2+ hoursback every evening?
ORIGINAL CONCEPT PORTRAIT FOR THIS DEMOI bring a reliable, professional and respectful meal-prep service into Auckland homes. I tailor the food to your household, but the real outcome is time: calmer evenings, fewer decisions and one less daily job competing with family, work and rest.
You can start with a trial session. There is no expectation of an ongoing commitment—just a chance to see what life feels like when dinner is already handled.
Follow my work on Facebook ↗I know… that’s a massive claim! But it only sounds crazy because for 99% of the population, the task of cooking dinner every night has been normalized.
Just open your mind for a second, it might save you…
Imagine if every week I came to your home, cooked 45+ meals, left your kitchen cleaner than I found it, and left your fridge stocked with food. You’d almost never make dinner again… That means an additional 2+ hours to yourself every evening…
The reality for most people is that every evening becomes a game of sacrifice:
Play with the kids or do the laundry.
Go to the gym or vacuum the house.
Spend time with your partner or sort out admin work.
Simply switch off and relax for 30 minutes or tidy the house.
Without spending 2+ hours every day making dinner, you wouldn’t have to choose—you could do it all.
You’d get home from work, finally get to those chores that have been waiting for you. Then you’d sit down for 30 minutes and actually relax before picking up the kids. You’d welcome your partner home to a calm and organised house, sit down for dinner together as a family, help the kids with homework, get them to bed on time, and still have time left to spend with your partner before the day is over.
The silent killer here is having to cook dinner. Not being a parent or working a lot.
